Throughout my childhood my parents were always buying, selling, renovating and renting out homes. They understood the value in property investments and "flipping houses" before it was a trending program on HGTV. So we moved around A LOT. I have lived throughout Sacramento and Placer county, (Orangevale, Fair Oaks, Grass Valley) and spent some time living in the greater Los Angeles area as well. I put down roots in Orangevale where I currently reside. My personal experiences living in so many places has given me the advantage of knowing the housing markets and unique characteristics each town has to offer.
